Affordability
Tri-C offers the lowest tuition in the state, and OAPSE members don’t have to pay the $10 per credit online course fee. Many OAPSE members can take advantage of federal financial aid, scholarships and employee tuition assistance to lower — or even eliminate — the cost of attending college.
