What can I expect during the convening?
The agenda features a dynamic blend of activities, including:
- Keynote addresses from executive leadership
- Opportunities for networking and cross-departmental collaboration
- Special recognition of outstanding contributions and leadership
- Professional development activities throughout the day
Will there be opportunities to ask questions or share feedback?
The convening will provide opportunities to engage and provide feedback with leadership and other areas of the College. We welcome your insights, ideas and questions - your voice is critical to our success.
Logistics and Participation
Will the event be held in person, virtually or in a hybrid format?
This is a fully in-person event.
Can I attend virtually?
No.
Can I be reimbursed for rideshare or taxi fares if I usually take public transportation to work?
Employees who normally take public transportation to and from their regular work location will be reimbursed for Uber, Lyft or taxi expenses.
Employees should submit reimbursement requests through Concur within 30 days of the event for consideration.
What if I need special accommodation?
We are committed to making the convening accessible to all. Transportation from a designated parking location to the Huntington Convention Center will be available for those who currently utilize accessibility accommodations. In addition, an ASL interpreter will be present at the event. If you require other accommodations for disabilities, dietary restrictions or additional needs, please indicate this during registration or contact the Office of the President at presidents.office@tri-c.edu. We will do our utmost to support you.
Which entrance should I use to enter the Huntington Convention Center?
Enter the Huntington Convention Center from the Lakeside Entrance (use address 300 Lakeside Avenue East, Cleveland, OH 44113).
Where are we meeting inside the Huntington Convention Center?
Most programming will take place in the Grand Ballroom inside the Huntington Convention Center. When you enter off Lakeside Avenue, follow the signage to direct you downstairs to the Exhibit Level where you will find registration.
Will meals and refreshments be provided?
Attendees can enjoy a light breakfast and beverages. Lunch will also be provided.
What is the dress code?
We want to show our Tri-C spirit! Please come dressed in your best Tri-C gear.

How will employee achievements be celebrated?
The convening will include special segments to honor individuals and teams demonstrating exceptional dedication, innovation and impact. We plan to celebrate the diverse talents within our workforce with awards, shoutouts and other forms of recognition.

Will recordings of the event be available?
Yes, the recorded event will be available.
