New my Tri-C space Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

ITS is excited to bring you a new my Tri-C space experience, which is mobile-friendly and customizable. You can watch the new my Tri-C space video for a preview of this enhanced experience.

Please see below for frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding the new environment.

What will the new platform be called?
We will retain the my Tri-C space name for the new platform.

Will my username and password change?
No, your username and password will remain the same.

If I had access to the previous my Tri-C space, will my access remain the same in the new platform?
Yes, your current roles will move with you to the new platform.

Will I need to update my bookmark links?
No, the link to my Tri-C space will remain the same.

What default cards will I see as a Student when I log in?

How do I find information or new cards?
Use the "Find Cards" option and search using keywords such as Student, Registration, Payment, Tuition, Financial Aid, Testing, etc.

How do I add or remove cards from my Home Page?

  • To ADD cards – From the Discover More option, search by keyword to find the card and click the "Ribbon" in the upper right corner of the card to add it to your Home Page. Note: when you return to your home page, you will see the newly added card listed first.
  • To REMOVE cards – From your Home Page, click the "Ribbon" icon in the upper right corner of the card to remove it. Note: If you would like to add the card back, follow the step on how to ADD cards.

How do I organize my cards on my Home Page?
You can organize your cards using the drag and drop feature or you can click the ellipse icon in the upper right corner of the card and select "move forward" or "move backward" to adjust the ordering of your cards.
