Medical Plans
Tri-C provides employees and their covered dependents access to high-quality, affordable health care.
The Medical Mutual Preferred Choice PPO Plan offers highly competitive hospital and physician discounts. Elect the coverage level you need--employee only, employee +1, or employee + 2 or more dependents.
If enrolled in the Medical Mutual Plan, you will be covered under the prescription drug program administered by CVS Caremark. The program provides both a retail card for purchasing acute (immediate prescriptions) and a mail order program for longer term maintenance drugs.

Healthy Saver Plan
Summary of Benefits and Coverage
The Healthy Saver Plan utilizes the Medical Mutual Super Med Plus PPO Network. This medical plan offers lower biweekly premiums and higher annual deductibles. Your preventive care benefits will continue to be covered at 100% and will not be subject to the deductible.
One significant advantage of enrolling in the Healthy Saver Plan is the opportunity to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA)

Dental Plan
The Cigna FlexAdvantage DPPO and DHMO plan allows you to select either a Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) managed care plan or a Dental Preferred Provider Organization (DPPO) plan. You have the flexibility to change between these two plan options as often as you like by simply calling the number on your ID card.

EyeMed Benefit Offers Two Plans
The EyeMed EyePrefer Vision Plan offers two plan designs to meet the eye care needs of you and your covered dependents.
The Essential Plan is a basic eye care plan that covers the basics of healthy vision. The plan includes a comprehensive eye exam and benefits for prescription glasses (and lenses) or contact lenses.
The Enhanced Plan includes all the benefits of the Essential Plan, plus it offers higher allowances to cover the costs of your frames and lenses or contact lenses.
Both plans offer services at retail and independent optometrists near you. Some retail providers include Lens Crafters, Pearle Vision, and Sears Optical. Out of network services are available; however, you will receive the best benefit if you stay within the Insight Network of providers.
