What can I expect during the convening?

How will the event support our Legacy of Impact?
The convening is more than a celebration — it's a strategic launch of key initiatives that will shape the College's trajectory. By sharing stories, aligning our goals and leveraging the collective wisdom of our team, we aim to ignite new ideas and reinforce the values that underpin our legacy. We have designed the event to stimulate purposeful action, foster innovative thinking and enable each employee to make a meaningful contribution.
Will there be opportunities to ask questions or share feedback?
Absolutely. Open forums, Q&A sessions and feedback channels will be available throughout the convening. We welcome your insights, ideas and questions — your voice is essential to our success.

Will the event be held in person, virtually or in a hybrid format?
This is a fully in-person event.
Can I attend virtually?
No.
What if I need special accommodation?
We are committed to making the convening accessible to all. If you require accommodation for disabilities, dietary restrictions or other needs, please indicate this during registration or contact the Office of the President at XXXXXX@tri-c.edu (Radiah sending). We will do our utmost to support you.
Will meals and refreshments be provided?
Attendees can enjoy light morning refreshments, including pastries, coffee, tea and water. A boxed lunch will be available for all attendees at the conclusion of the program.
What is the dress code?
As we launch into our legacy, we want to show our Tri-C spirit! Please come dressed in your best Tri-C gear.
Engagement and Recognition
How will employee achievements be celebrated?
The convening will include special segments to honor individuals and teams demonstrating exceptional dedication, innovation and impact. We plan to celebrate the diverse talents within our workforce with awards, shoutouts and other forms of recognition.
Can I nominate a colleague or team for recognition?
Yes. A nomination form will be circulated prior to the event. Watch for communications from HR with more details.
Will there be opportunities for professional development?
Professional development is a central theme of the convening. Workshops, speaker sessions and breakout groups will focus on leadership, collaboration and skill-building. You'll emerge energized and equipped with new tools to drive impact in your role and beyond.

Yes, the recorded event will be available.
