Introduction to Agile Project Management
Agile Project Management (APM) focuses on continuous improvement, scope flexibility, team input and the delivery of essential quality products. This revolutionary method promotes value-based team management rather than task management. Though it applies mainly to project management practices in software development, APM can be applied to product R&D and engineering disciplines as well.
Agile Practitioner Certification
This course prepares you for PMI® Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification, which formally recognizes your knowledge of Agile principles and skill with Agile techniques. The PMI-ACP exam requires a mastery of many Agile techniques, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming (XP) and Test-Driven Development (TDD); this Corporate College course will cover each of these methodologies and will prepare you for the PMI-ACP exam
