Integrated Job and Career Readiness
Integrated Job & Career Readiness (IJCR) is a supplementary training for Workforce and Corporate College students, designed to bridge the gap between training to employment by preparing students through interviewing skills, job search tactics, professional communication and development. IJCR students will also be given opportunities to meet with employers and resource providers throughout the program. The programs schedule is designed to be flexible so it does not interfere with the student’s primary training program. IJCR is coordinated by the Job Link Services department.
