Career Advancement and Competitive Edge

CACE is a 108-hour course at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) aimed at enhancing the soft skills of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) Good Neighbor Ambassadors. This program includes career coaching, readiness training and tours of workforce programs. Participants learn essential customer service skills and workplace etiquette while exploring degree and certificate programs at Tri-C.

This event celebrates the achievements of the graduates of the Good Neighbor Ambassadors and demonstrates the positive impact Career Advancement Competitive Edge (CACE) can have for employees and employers.
