Application Process and Estimated Program Cost

How do I apply, and what do I need for acceptance into the Dietetic Technology program? 

  1. Apply to Tri-C
  2. Apply to Health Careers
  3. Admission Requirements
  4. Upon acceptance to the program and prior to beginning supervised practice or practicum, students will be required to submit evidence of good health and required immunizations.
  5. A letter of acceptance is sent upon completion of admission requirements.

Is financial aid available?

In-county: $114.54 per credit hour x 65 = $7,445.10
(Out-of-county surcharge: $29.54 per credit hour
Out-of-state surcharge: $156.65 per credit hour)

A list of books used each school year is included in the Program Handbook. Significant savings are possible through use of e-books and rentals when available. Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) student membership allows purchase of AND-published resources at member cost.
