Tri-C Dance Production Tells Story of Nativity
‘The Coming of the King’ scheduled for Dec. 16-17 at Eastern Campus
Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) will continue a holiday tradition with December performances of The Coming of the King in the Simon and Rose Mandel Theatre at the College’s Eastern Campus.
The production tells the story of the Nativity using dance and narration to depict ideas of hope, faith and forgiveness. Dancers from the College’s Creative Arts Dance Academy and The GreeneWorks Project will perform.
Shows will take place at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, and 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17.
General admission tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Reduced group pricing is also available. Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.trictickets.com and clicking on the Creative Arts Academy option.
The program is directed and choreographed by Terence Greene, director of Tri-C’s Dance Academy and founder and artistic director of The GreeneWorks Project.
