Triceratops Volleyball Player Claims Conference Honor
Annaiya Ruffin named OCCAC Player of the Week
Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) volleyball player Annaiya Ruffin recently earned Player of the Week honors from the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference.
Ruffin blasted 40 kills during two matches Sept. 9-15 while leading the Triceratops to their first conference victory, a four-set win over Clark State Community College. She also contributed 14 digs on the week.
She is the first Tri-C volleyball player this season to win an OCCAC Player of the Week award. The Triceratops are 3-11 overall and 1-4 in conference play.
Ruffin, a freshman from Reminderville, is studying marketing at Tri-C.
