Tri-C Program Explores Environmental Sustainability
Nov. 13 ‘Learning for Life’ event focuses on how we all impact the ecosystem
Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) will examine human impact on wildlife and the ecosystem during a “Learning for Life” lecture series program Nov. 13 at Corporate College® West.
The free program will focus on mankind’s footprint on the world and the cumulative effect of seemingly small actions, such as spraying garden pesticides. The discussion will include tips on how people can reduce their environmental impact.
Taryn Leach, a wildlife specialist at the Lake Erie Nature & Science Center in Bay Village, will be the featured speaker.
The conversation begins at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, in room 112 at Corporate College West, located at 25425 Center Ridge Road in Westlake. No registration is required. For more information, call 216-987-5968.
