Tri-C Metro Campus Hosts Four Days of COVID-19 Testing Week of Nov. 16
Drive-thru and walk-up testing available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Drive-thru and walk-up COVID-19 testing will be offered four days next week at the Metropolitan Campus of Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) through a partnership with Care Alliance Health Center.
Free testing will take place at the campus from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16; Wednesday, Nov. 18; Thursday, Nov. 19; and Friday, Nov. 20. The testing site will be located in the Lot 4 underground parking garage off of Community College Avenue.
The expanded opportunities for testing at Metro Campus comes amidst a surge in COVID-19 cases, with record totals reported in Northeast Ohio, the state and the nation. The collaboration with Care Alliance reflects Tri-C’s commitment to meeting community needs during the pandemic.
The testing service is available to area residents as well as Tri-C students, faculty and staff. The program offers testing to individuals regardless of their symptom status, insurance status or ability to pay. Individuals will not be charged for the test.
No appointment is necessary. Testing will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Metro Campus is located at 2900 Community College Ave. in Cleveland.
