The conversation will take place Thursday, Dec. 6, at Tri-C’s Corporate College East. The presentation highlights a dinner event celebrating the 75th anniversary of ASQ Cleveland Section 800.
Panelists represent a variety of business sectors, including health care, manufacturing, service and government. Speakers include:

Each panelist will share how quality improvement has impacted their industry, discuss examples of how quality programs led to better performance and provide tips on best practices for the future.
“Implementing a culture of continuous improvement builds strength within any organization,” said Samantha Kaplan, who oversees quality programs offered at Corporate College. “It’s essential to regularly look at processes to see where and how improvements can be made.”
The event runs 5-8:30 p.m., with the dinner and main program beginning at 6:30 p.m. Cost to attend is $35, or $25 for ASQ members. Visit www.corporatecollege.com/asq75 or call 216-987-2862 to register.
