Intercampus Loans
You may request books and media (DVDs, CDs) from any Tri-C campus library through the Tri-C online catalog. Delivery time: 3 to 5 days.

OhioLINK and SearchOhio Loans
Books and media not available in a Tri-C library may be requested from the OhioLINK catalog, which contains the holdings of Ohio academic libraries, or the SearchOHIO catalog, which contains the holdings of Ohio public libraries. Pick up OhioLINK and SearchOhio items at the Circulation desk; these items will be held for a limited time. Delivery time: 3 to 5 days.

Interlibrary Loan
Books, media, and periodical articles that are not available from Tri-C, OhioLINK, or SearchOHIO may be obtained from other libraries.  Contact your campus librarian to request Interlibrary Loan materials.

Some libraries charge a fee to send books or articles. If an item that you have requested is not available for free, we will let you know the cost to borrow that item, so you can decide if you wish to proceed with the loan. You will have to write a check directly to the lending institution.

Reserve Materials
Library materials that are assigned readings for specific classes, and other materials, including audio and video equipment and laptops, have restricted loan periods and are available at the Circulation desk.

All students, faculty, and staff of Tri-C may borrow materials from the Tri-C libraries with valid Tri-C ID. All residents of Cuyahoga and adjoining counties may borrow materials from the Tri-C libraries with registration as a community patron using a driver’s license or State-issued ID.
