Corporate College partnered with our Client to provide an innovative and interactive process to assess and develop the skills of the CI team members. We created a personalized talent assessment center solution built on a foundation of a shared understanding of the department’s needs and expectations around the talent necessary to reach its future business goals. Components of the solution included skill and work style assessment, 360° assessment, behavioral interviews, individual feedback and personalized development plans.
