Corporate College partnered with our Client to develop training sessions for 60 managers and leaders focused on analytical thinking tools, brainstorming techniques and interpersonal skills required to become an inventive and reliable problem solver and decision maker. Our structured approach developed managers to analyze problems, generate solutions and to create an environment that promotes inclusively.
- Coach employees as they systematically identify the root causes of problems and work to resolve them
- Act as a role-model by using new problem-solving and analytical thinking tools and processes that promote teamwork
