This May, Nicole Kobak will receive two degrees - an Associate of Arts degree and an Associate of Science degree. Her goal is to continue her educational path and earn a Masters Degree in Medical Science and pursue a Physician Assistant role in the field of Dermatology. She will attend Baldwin Wallace University in the Fall to receive her Bachelor’s degree and will continue there to obtain her Masters degree.
Nicole comes from a close family and spends her free time traveling, camping and just enjoying their company.
Nicole is also active with projects that showcase her love of animals. She competes in dog shows and has her own horses. In the past she has been ranked nationally in equestrian competitions. Nicole also enjoys photography and running in the Metroparks.
Although she is busy with studies, family and hobbies, Nicole carves out time to volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House, and helps with community food pantries. She also takes her service dog to local libraries to assist children with their reading events.
During her time at Cuyahoga Community College Nicole has been involved in many activities including supporting or assisting College Credit Plus (CC+), a new statewide program that allows students in grades 7-12 to begin their college education while still in middle or high school. Nicole is also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa society.
