Nothing Fishy about Tri-C Alum's Success at Voodoo Tuna in Lakewood

Joe Koskovics graduated from Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) in 2010 with a business degree. He was working at a restaurant when he enrolled, and he wanted to open one of his own.
Though he had no formal culinary training, he honed his skills working at eateries like Ballantine's in Willoughby, The Lure and Scotty's Italian Eatery. Today, thanks to real-world experience and an education in business, he is executive chef and co-owner of Voodoo Tuna in Lakewood, and if Mark Meszoros of the Morning Journal has anything to say about it, the place is worth checking out.
