Video Looks at 20 Years of Tri-C High School Rock Off History

Cleveland.com recently posted a video homage to the last 20 years of the Tri-C High School Rock Off. Over the contest's history, more than 1,200 bands have performed.

The Final Exam for this year's Rock Off begins at 5 p.m. Feb. 13 at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
