Tri-C Continuing Education Courses Notably Focus on Music Industry

Three upcoming Tri-C Continuing Education classes focus on the music industry.
The Music Business, Opening Doors presents basic steps toward talent self-assessment, marketing and media strategies, and generating publicity.
The course will be held 7-9 p.m. March 27 in CRN 33361 on the Eastern Campus. Cost is $29.
The Music Business, Image and Presence explores ways to build a consistent presence using multiple platforms -- think Facebook, Twitter, Instagram -- thereby creating an enjoyable and anticipated musical experience for your listeners.
The course will also discuss financing and making money through licensing.
It's 7-9 p.m. April 24 in CRN 33362 on the Eastern Campus. Cost is $29.
The Music Business, Formulas for Success looks at visual transformations, networking, musical etiquette and other ways to combine your talents, appearance, and message toward reaching your audience.
Mixing, mastering and distribution will also be covered.
The course is 7-9 p.m. May 22 in CRN 33363 on the Eastern Campus. Cost is $29.
