For Current Students, login to my Tri-C space here.
In the upper left corner menu, select All Cards and search for the Academic Records card.
Choose "Request Transcript (Official)."
For Former Students, place an order here. (No login required.)
Please Note: Orders placed within the two-week period prior to any semester will take longer to be processed due to increased volume. Delivery times are not included in these estimates.
Privacy and Financial Requirements
In accordance with the Federal Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 and subsequent amendments, your academic records cannot be released without your consent.
Note: Effective Dec. 1, 2023, students with outstanding financial debt may receive their academic transcript regardless of any outstanding institutional debts. To resolve the outstanding financial obligations you may have with the college, we encourage you to review the available options for repayment, which may include one of our Comeback Programs if you plan to return to Cuyahoga Community College to complete your program or Pay Your Balance.
