Tri-C Faculty Course Feedback Home Page Image

Since fall 2024, Tri-C students have had the opportunity to submit valuable course feedback through the Explorance Blue platform.

Selected by The Joint Committee on Faculty Evaluation (JCFE), Explorance Blue will allow faculty to gather student feedback for all courses. With the integration of our new LMS, D2L Brightspace, Explorance Blue will offer a seamless experience for faculty and students. Faculty will also benefit from real-time response rates monitoring and a dynamic dashboard for comprehensive data insight to access final reports. A few other feature highlights of Explorance Blue include:

  • PERSONALIZATION - Ability to add personalized questions
  • SMART NOTIFICATIONS - Automatically sends centralized and personalized email notifications, invitations and reminders to students
  • STUDENT ENGAGEMENT - Reaches students anytime and anywhere. Students can conveniently access, view and complete evaluations through any web-enabled device (i.e., computer, tablet, mobile, screen reader)
  • FLEXIBILITY - Supports courses with different start/end dates and durations; handles team-taught courses
  • CONFIDENTIALITY - Ensures anonymity and confidentiality through advanced security features
  • ACCESSIBILITY - Meets the latest accessibility standards for WCAG 2.1 and Section 508
