Launched in January 2025, Vision 2030 is a bold and inclusive roadmap guiding the College’s priorities through 2030. Developed through extensive engagement with nearly 800 stakeholders, the plan reflects a shared commitment to transforming the student experience and aligning education with the future of work. It focuses on creating clearer, stackable pathways and ensuring equitable access to support services and applied learning opportunities.

As part of this effort, Tri-C is participating in the Reimagining Community College Design Challenge, a national initiative led by Education Design Lab. Through this partnership, Tri-C will develop and implement strategic plans over the next three to five years that make learners’ skills more visible to employers and strengthen connections between education and career outcomes. This collaboration reinforces Tri-C’s dedication to innovation and student success.
