Entering the Stream: An Exploration of Zen
- This course covers the basics of meditation and other core elements of Zen practice. Whether you’re just curious, just starting out or already engaged in Zen practice, this is an opportunity for you to ask questions and share insights with others. Each class will include two short (10-minute) sessions of zazen (sitting meditation) plus five minutes of kinhin (walking meditation). Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing.
