Flexibility & Balance Training 101
- Independence can be defined as the ability to perform basic activities of daily living without help - flexibility and balance training is the key to achieving and maintaining your independence through your senior years! This course will break down the fundamentals of F&B Training while catering each individual movement to each participant's level of ability. Physical ailments? No experience? Not a problem! Minor adjustments can be made to each movement in order to make this course challenging at times, yet realistic and achievable to each participant.
