COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAMS
TRANSITIONS – A REENTRY INITIATIVE
Mission:
To provide education and training opportunities through career pathways that will address basic literacy needs such as GED attainment, basic skills enhancement, connections to one and two year college programs, in-demand short term / technical skills training and employment assistance to community members and affiliates.
This program serves formerly incarcerated persons and individuals who have experiences with the judicial system that currently impedes their chances of obtaining meaningful employment.
