The Eastern Campus Writing Center is a free service of Cuyahoga Community College providing one-on-one consultation, information, and encouragement for student writers in all disciplines, from the liberal arts to physical sciences. Students, faculty, staff and community members are welcome to receive one-on-one conferencing with writing consultants in a quiet atmosphere conducive to writing. Assistance with all aspects of the writing process is available, including brainstorming, organizing, drafting and revision. The center houses several computers, a network laser printer, and research and writing resources. It even offers a Grammar Hotline.
Proofreading and drop-off services are not provided.

The Writing Center Consultants want to help you with papers in your classes! Do you have a quick question about the format for citing sources in your history paper? Or, do you need help coming up with ideas for your English 1010 paper? Are you struggling with the organization in your Nursing essay? Would you like to work on drafting your essay in a setting where help is only an arm’s reach away?
Walk-in or make an appointment with one of our friendly and knowledgeable consultants.
Western Campus Writing Center
Location: Currently, we are located in the Technology Learning Center on the First Floor. Walk toward the long windows in back. Look for the green "Writing Center" sign on our two tables in the southeast corner of the TLC by the stairway.
