Academic transcripts can be ordered in any of the following methods:

Please Note: Orders placed within the two-week period prior to any semester will take longer to be processed due to increased volume. Delivery times are not included in these estimates.

On-line (fastest service)
Average time: 1-2 business days. A credit card is required for this service.

By Mail
Average time: 3-5 business days

Note: All orders received by mail have a longer turn-around time (3-5 business days) as opposed to online (1-2 business days).

To order a transcript by mail, direct your request to:

The following information must be provided to avoid delay in processing your request:

  • Full Name (both current and any previous names)
  • Current mailing address
  • Tri-C ID number or social security number
  • Date of Birth
  • Dates of Attendance
  • Number of Copies requested
  • Complete name and address of person or office receiving the transcript
  • Your Signature
  • Your Phone Number
  • Payment

Do not send cash.  Make check or money order payable to Cuyahoga Community College. 
Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express) information must include type of card, account number, expiration date, name of card holder as it appears on the card and signature of the card holder. 


Emergency Requests
Requests for emergency processing can be made online.
Transcripts requested by 12:00pm will be ready for pick up by 4:00pm EST, same day transcripts requested after 12:00 noon will be ready for pick up by 11:00am EST, the following day.

Standard Request:           $5.00
Emergency Request:        $12.00


Privacy and Financial Requirements 
In accordance with the Federal Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 and subsequent amendments, your academic records cannot be released without your consent.& All outstanding obligations (financial, academic or administrative) to the College must be cleared before a transcript request can be processed.
