International Students Checklist for Admission 

Are you seeking a Certificate of Eligibility (Form I-120)?

If so, complete and submit all items on the Credentials Checklist to the Coordinator of Special Student Services/International Students at the Campus you plan to attend (Metro Campus--George.Koussa@tri-c.edu; Eastern Campus--Jeanette.McGee@tri-c.edu; Western Campus-- Damian.Thorkelson@tri-c.edu).   The forms listed below are in Adobe PDF format.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, click here to download a free copy.

• International Student Application
• A statement of purpose
• A secondary school diploma and transcript or a certified copy of the diploma
• Official University or College Diploma (optional)
• International Student Transfer-In Form (for students in F1 visa status attending a U.S. high school, college or English language institute)
• Form I-134 (U.S. sponsors only)
• Letter from Sponsor (if sponsor lives outside ot the U.S.)
• Original Bank Statement (not a copy)
• Financial Information for F-1 Applicants

Click here to see the tuition fee schedule for international students (the same as for "out of state residents"). F1 students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester at Cuyahoga Community College in order to maintain visa status.
