All appeals submitted via this website are reviewed by the District Commander of Public Safety. A review is conducted to first determine if there was an error made by the ticket writer. If it is determined by the Commander that the citation was issued correctly, i.e., there was a violation of the College regulations, the Commander is required to deny the appeal. Public Safety personnel cannot waive regulations. Appeals on the following grounds will not be accepted: lack of knowledge of College regulations, lateness due to class or appointment conflicts; and/or inability to locate a legal parking space.
