Literacy Track
Recommended for students who need essential math skills for their career. MATH 1100 is an exploration into modern mathematical topics that are less computational and instead focused on developing skills in critical thinking, problem solving and logical reasoning. MATH 0990 develops skills in context through algebraic and proportional reasoning. It introduces students to applications in basic statistics, probability, functions, financial literacy and linear and exponential modeling.
Statistics Track
An alternative to the traditional calculus route. This pathway is geared toward students in the health career sciences, those on a non-calculus track (including some business majors) and those wishing to obtain a four-year liberal arts degree.
STEM Track
Encompasses the science, technology, engineering and mathematics routes. It also includes Business Calculus and Business Statistics along with Math for Elementary Teachers.
