Program Description

Culinarian/Cook Short Term Certificate provides career opportunities in the culinary arts industry. Career opportunities include, but not limited to, line cook, grill, or sauté cook, prep cook, and pantry cook. Students must take math and English placement tests and contact Hospitality Management Department before beginning this certificate program (216-987-4081).

Certificates and Degree: Credits may apply towards Professional Baking Certificate of Proficiency, Professional Culinarian/Cook Certificate of Proficiency and the Hospitality Management Degree with a Concentration in Culinary Art.
