Restaurant and Food Service Management at the Hospitality Management Center of Excellence at Tri-C is designed to prepare graduates for management careers in restaurants and commercial food service management.
The program stresses written and oral communication, critical thinking, and their business applications with a mix of social and behavioral sciences. Graduates are well-rounded with a mix of business and life skills that are in high demand with employers. Additionally, our students work directly in the field with our industry partners, gaining valuable experience and networking.
