This certificate provides all the basic, advanced skills and practice needed to start a career as a professional Food and Beverage Manager. In addition to the course work, students complete field experience that provides them with hands-on industry experience.

Degree: Students may apply credits toward Hospitality Management with a Concentration in Restaurant/Foodservice Management Degree program.
