Educational Opportunity Programs

Free Support Services for Residents of the Greater Cleveland Area

Tri-C has committed itself to extending broad educational opportunities to the youth and adults of all segments of its community. The Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP) are part of that commitment, providing free support services to targeted adult and youth populations in the Greater Cleveland area.

Following the mission of the College, the programs are sensitive to the changing needs of the community. They serve eligible low-income, first generation, minority, and limited English speaking people, women in transition, veterans, and TANF (Temporary Aid to Needy Families) recipients by offering programs specifically designed to meet their needs. Differences among individuals, particularly in goals, learning styles, and attitudes require a variety of means to satisfy their educational needs.
