Cuyahoga Community College’s Metro Campus has joined efforts with the Braylon Edwards Foundation to provide college preparation, leadership opportunities and support services for 100 Cleveland Metropolitan School District ninth-grade students.

The Winning Against Violent Environments (W.A.V.E.) program in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District will be honored during the March 28-29 International Summit on Conflict Resolution Education.

Cuyahoga Community College will host a Young Women in Science Festival Saturday, April 19, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Western Campus, 11000 Pleasant Valley Road in Parma. The festival is open to young women in grades 8 through 12.

The first Tri-C stand-up comedy class will graduate with a LIVE stand-up comedy show on Saturday, April 5, on stage in the West Galleria at 11000 Pleasant Valley Road in Parma. The 8:00 p.m. show is free.

Cuyahoga Community College’s Metro Campus is proud to present The Colored Museum under the direction of Jimmie Woody beginning Thursday, March 27.

The theatre department of Cuyahoga Community College’s Western Campus will present 1776 April 18-27. Performances will be on the Western Campus Theatre’s Main Stage.

Corporate College, a division of Cuyahoga Community College, will host Administrative Professional’s Day on April 23 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to recognize some of the area’s hardest working employees.

Lee Woodruff, wife of ABC Anchorman Bob Woodruff, will visit Cuyahoga Community College April 8 to speak about how her life changed in an instant when her husband suffered a near-fatal brain injury while anchoring a broadcast in Iraq.

Cuyahoga Community College will celebrate the grand opening of its new Health Technologies Center (HTC) Friday, April 4, from 9 a.m. – noon at the Western Campus.

On Saturday, April 19, as part of “Give Kids a Smile Day,” Tri-C’s dental hygiene students, staff and dental volunteers from the community will provide free dental screenings from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Metropolitan Campus.
