Tri-C Hosts Construction Diversity Outreach Event at Corporate College East 

CLEVELAND – Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) invites prime contractors, MBE, WBE, DBE, SBE, EDGE and subcontractors to its Construction Diversity Outreach event from 4-6 p.m. Nov. 19 in the Super Conference Room at Corporate College East, 4400 Richmond Road in Warrensville Heights.  Registration is available online at http://www.gilbaneco.com/forums/tri-c.  Seating is limited, so it’s encouraged to register before Nov. 12. 

This event provides an opportunity for construction contractors and suppliers to meet face-to-face with representatives from Tri-C’s Capital and Construction, Office of Inclusion and Diversity, and Supplier Managed Services to learn about procurement processes, procedures and various avenues to provide services to the College.  A formal presentation will be followed by breakout sessions specifically for architects and construction management/contracting firms.  Attendees will also hear about educational programs through the Workforce and Economic Development Division (WEDD) and assistance opportunities from the Minority Contractors and Business Assistance Program (MCBAP).
