Which Belt is right for you?
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt contains 12 instructor-led days, combined with 42 hours of e-learning. The individual enrolling will have personal coaching and mentoring and a full year of on-the-job support with e-learning material, job aids and reference material. Instructors are all Master Champions with extensive experience. The participants will be required to complete an independent project based on real business challenges, pass the e-learning material exams and final exams with an 80% score. Black Belt Candidates will have access to the course instructor for a period of up to 12 months for continued project support.
The primary certifications are the Green Belt and Black Belt; each differs in certification requirements, responsibility income opportunity, cost and recognition. The Green Belt is five instructor-led days and 28 hours of e-learning. The participant also has personal coaching and mentoring throughout the program from Master Champions. Participants receive six months access to e-learning material, job aids and reference materials. Courses are fast paced with applied exercises and case studies. The program must be finished within six months with an approved and completed Green Belt Project; an 80% minimum passing score is required on both the e-learning material and the final exam. Green Belt Candidates will have access to the course instructor for a period of up to 6 months for continued project support.
