Public Safety Institute - Law Enforcement Division 

The Law Enforcement and Fire Academies at Cuyahoga Community College’s (Tri-C) Public Safety Institute offer the opportunity for police, fire, and law enforcement students to learn the skills and teamwork necessary to be prepared when called upon for duty.

The Academies provide state certified training for police officers, fire fighters, security officers, corrections officers, and bailiff personnel, as well as advanced training in law enforcement and fire. Hands-on-training is given by experienced instructors.

The public safety institute also offers courses in advanced law and fire.
