GED-Literacy

It's never too late to continue your education. Adults 16 and over who lack a high school diploma can prepare for and take the GED - also known as the General Education Development test - at several Cuyahoga Community College locations, including the Unified Technologies Center (UTC), with day and evening classes.

Classes to prepare for and complete other standardized tests, including ACT, SAT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, and MCAT, are also offered through the Literary Services Division. Test preparation classes are offered in formal and informal settings. Students may wish to attend traditional lecture classes or work at their own speed on state-of-the-art computers.

Partnerships with area social service agencies and businesses include: Catholic Charities Migration and Refugee Services, AACCESS, Arab-American Community Center for Employment and Social Services, Electrical Union, Cleveland Wood Products, National Safety Apparel, Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, YO! Cleveland, and the City of Cleveland One Stop Career Center.
