Located adjacent to Tri-C's Metro campus on Woodland Avenue, the Unified Technologies Center (UTC) is one of the largest technology training facilities in the country. The UTC houses the Workforce and Economic Development Division (WEDD). Programs located at the UTC include:
- Manufacturing
- Center for Health Industries Solutions
- Police Academy/Advanced Training
- Non-credit Registration (college-wide)
