Depending on the type of student you are or plan to be, application for admission can be done online or by completing our paper applciation.  See the chart below.

Paper Application: The printed form is in PDF format which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.  (This free program can be downloaded.)  Submit your application to the Admissions and Records office at the campus you plan to attend.

Student currently in the U.S. on a visa, or are an asylee, refugee, or pending permanent resident.  Students requiring an F-1 Visa need an International Student application packet. Stop in the International Student Office at the Eastern Campus, or talk with a foreign student Admissions Counselor at Western Campus, or the International Officer at Metro Campus.
