Former Cuyahoga Community College student Thione Niang has gone on to great things. In addition to founding the Give 1 Project, a global initiative that empowers future leaders and entrepreneurs, the Senegalise-born political activist also co-founded Akon Lighting Africa, a company that offers solar panel kits to impoverished families and communities in Africa.
