The college or program will not be responsible for incomplete applications regarding invalid course completion.

Graduate Course Evaluation Request identifying up to TWO courses (example Anatomy w/lab and separate Physiology w/lab) per prerequisite you believe matches the prerequisite requirements.

- Contact the Western Campus Counseling Center at 216-987-5200 to schedule an appointment with a counselor, AFTER you have received notification from the Enrollment Processing Center that your transfer credit evaluation has been completed.
If you have a dispute regarding the transcript evaluation for UNDERGRADUATE COURSES, you must contact the Western Campus Counseling Center above to begin the transfer credit appeal process throughTri-C's Articulation and Transfer Center.
The decision by the Articulation and Transfer center will be considered final.
