Topics Covered: * Medicare Focus Activities: PQRI Update; Recovery Audit Contractor Update; No Payment for hospital acquired infections; etc. * Medicaid Focus Activities: Audits; Trends with Medicaid contractors * OIG Enforcement Activities * The use of Data to enhance compliance activities.
Learning Outcomes: Attendees will: * Have an improved understanding of new programs, rules, and compliance activities in Medicare and Medicaid; * Be able to utilize new tools and information to assess for potential compliance concerns
