Description: [formerly GCMT-1600] Introduction to technical and aesthetic fundamentals of digital photography. Use of computer software for modification of photographic image. Use and understanding of computer hardware and software systems for input, modification and output of digital photographs.
Prerequisites: VCPH-1050 Black and White Photography I, or VCPH-1260 Introduction to Digital Photography, or VCPH-1300 Photography for Designers or concurrent enrollment, and VD-1010 Macintosh Basics or concurrent enrollment, or VCDP-1060 Introduction to Digital Publishing or concurrent enrollment, or departmental approval: prior photographic and computer experience.
