Description: [formerly CART-2700 or GCMT-2510] Capstone course in Visual Communication and Design. Covers all aspects of creation and presentation of professional portfolio. Emphasizing individual strengths and areas of specialization, students edit work for portfolio, modify where required, and add new pieces to final portfolio that meet industry standards. Analysis of appropriate presentation materials, business forms and protocols, development of self-promotional pieces and discussion of presentation style and techniques. A portfolio review culminates students successful completion of program concentration.
Prerequisites: Departmental approval: sufficient quantity of successfully completed work for portfolio inclusion.
