Description: Involvement and experience in purpose and process of verbal and non-verbal communication to strengthen daily communication skills. Special emphasis to perception, self concept, expressing feelings, empathy and listening as learned interpersonal skills. Combines theoretical concepts with experiential learning through lecture, discussion, and simulations.
