Description: Legal phase of real estate transactions. Documentation from listing to choosing paper thoroughly reviewed. Application extends from brokers to owner desiring to buy or sell own property. Review of listing, purchase agreement, mortgage, land contract, and settlement forms.

Prerequisites: Concurrent enrollment in REAL-1601 Real Estate Finance.
